If you are not familiar with pastys this is a perfect introduction. If you are familiar with them you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed their chicken cordon bleu pasty. It was the perfect size and felt so comforting to eat. The shop itself is a bit small but the owner is very friendly. It's also close to my job so I plan to stop there again for lunch

Grew up in Michigan and had pasty's all over the UP and Pams Pasty shop are the best pasty's ever plus the best soups!

Some friends went to Sarasota and knowing I am Cornish bought back some "Original" Pasties, I was excited as I hadn't had in a while. What a disappointment! The ingredients are correct except for the addition of some seasonings which totally ruining the flavor. The filling is also pre cooked like you might do with a pie, this not the way to make a Pastie. Please don't use the Words "Original", "Tradional" or even Cornish with the pies (can't call them Pasties.) My mother is an prize winning Pastie maker so I know one when I see it. I will say that I did enjoy it. The pastry was good my only issue is the description. Very misleading.

It's too bad that so few understand the Pasty - a meal neatly packaged inside a crust. Not easy to find where I live but plentiful in Michigan’s UP so finding them in Florida is remarkable. Take them home frozen, eat one (or two) in at a table or take some home for dinner. Don't miss it!

Only takes cash or checks... Absolutely worth it. Got the Original Pasty with gravy, absolutely amazing. I inhaled the food and will definately stop by with cash again next time I am in town.

They are the best. They taste just like the pasties in ironwood Michigan. Top shelf.

I took my daughter yesterday. She loved it. The lady was very nice. We will be back again!

I am a huge person of tradition and I have to say since I moved to Florida I have been missing that traditional Cornish pasty taste. Pam was so amazing she gave me back what I've been missing for the last 10 years and gave me a good taste of home so I thank her very much for being open and I appreciate her pricing and the quality of the food was incredible.

A small charming restaurant! The owner is the best! When I stopped in today (not my first time) for lunch I had the veggie pasty and it is to die for! Lobster Bisque was on today’s menu as well. There are also desserts. Everything is so fresh....I enjoyed the photos of English countryside scenery that adorns the walls. Meat pastys are also available and just as good.

I always feel like I'm stepping into our family's kitchen back in the day .best soups in town .pastys are awsome as well.you get more than a bargain. Ps dont forget the gravy mmmmmmm gravy.

OMG, I couldn't believe it, as soon as I walked thru the door I thought I was back in my Grandma's kitchen. The pasty's are fabulous and just like I grew up eating way back as a youngster. These are the Genuine deal, no awful imitations here . The soups are to die for also plus all the sweets that are homemade. I have since come back and bought 16 Pasty's for my freezer, to handle our craving a little quicker.John and Christy Middleton , from upper Michigan (18 yrs.ago).

Wonderful food! Had the vegetarian pasty today and the Lobster Bisque. Very, very good. My stomach is still smiling. I can't get to thisplace as often as I would like, but when I can get there, I thoroughly enjoy it.

I would never take my English friends to this place. The only thing original is the old, faded, pictures on the wall. The pasty was filled mostly with hardly cooked, chopped potatoes with a sprinkeling of meat that had no flavor. Anyone who goes here expecting an original Cornwall Pasty will be disappointed as I was.

When I opened the Pasty Shop door, it was like walking into my Mom's home after she put the pasties in the oven to bake...I was home. back in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan...YOOPER COUNTRY...born and raised..

Great homemade soup and desserts

Owners were very engaging especially when they learned we were from the UP (Upper Peninsula) of Michigan see their menu. Very good quality👍

Not only are their pasty's good but you must try their soups. Best soups anywhere in Englewood. The homemade sweets are good too. You can't go wrong with anything you get here.

Soups are scrumptious. Pastys are delicious. Desserts are wonderful. I could eat lunch here every day and have a different variety. So good!

WoW!! A whole boat load of yummy goodness .

I had the chicken pasty for 1st time. Ordered outside due to COVID-19, which came in a warm heated bag to take home. It was amazing. Delicious. Almost like pot pie .

Friendly and helpful owner. Good pasties! Only 2 tables inside so figure on take out.
